Yes. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Is shipping really free for meal plans?

How does the food arrive when shipped

The food is shipped frozen in an insulated eco-friendly, compostable cooler with dry ice. The food almost always arrives completely frozen. Even if the food arrives partially thawed or refrigerator temperature, it is fine to refreeze and does not aff

If I'm not on a subscription, when should I put in a new order?

All orders placed before Saturday at Midnight ET will ship that upcoming Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. If you place your order after Saturday at Midnight ET (Saturday 9:00 pm PT), your order will not ship until the following Monday. Subscriptio

What kind of coolers do you use?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable, compostable coolers. Run them under water in your sink and they will dissolve within minutes!

Do I have to be home at the time of delivery?

No. Even if you are not home, the driver will drop off the food. If you plan to have food delivered to your work address, please let us know.

What is your cancellation/change policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that any edits to your subscription must be made before 5 pm ET on the Thursday before your recurring charge happens. This includes pauses and cancellations. If it is after 5 pm ET on Thursday

What if I need to change my shipping address at the last minute?

Please contact Customer Care at [email protected] before Saturday at 5:00 PM ET, and we can accommodate your subscription shipping address change.

What is your refund policy?

We are happy to replace or refund customers for any boxes or products lost or damaged during shipping, whether the carrier or us. However, we DO NOT refund or replace orders if the customer has moved and has not provided us with a change of address.
