Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.

What is your shipping policy for bulk patties?

To pass along lower shipping costs and reduce our carbon footprint, bulk patty purchases must be made in 30 lb increments to fill a box. (E.g., 30 lb, 60 lb, 90 lb, 120 lb, etc.) Shipping is free nationwide!

Is shipping really free for meal plans and bulk patties?

Is shipping really free? Yep! All We Feed Raw products are cold-shipped for FREE anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

How does the food arrive when shipped

The food is shipped frozen in an insulated eco-friendly, compostable cooler with dry ice. The food almost always arrives completely frozen. Even if the food arrives partially thawed or refrigerator temperature, it is fine to refreeze and does not aff

If I'm not on a subscription, when should I put in a new order?

All orders placed before Saturday at 8:00 pm ET will ship that upcoming Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. If you place your order after Saturday at 8:00 pm ET (Saturday 5:00 pm PT), your order will not ship until the following Monday. Subscription

What kind of coolers do you use?

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable, compostable coolers. Run them under water in your sink and they will dissolve within minutes!

Do I have to be home at the time of delivery?

No. Even if you are not home, the driver will drop off the food. If you plan to have food delivered to your work address, please let us know.

What is your cancellation/change policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that any edits to your subscription must be made before 5pm ET on the Thursday before your recurring charge happens. This includes pauses and cancellations. If it is after 5pm ET on Thursday a
