If you’ve already placed an order and it has been processed ( you’ve been billed), it cannot be canceled through your Account Center.

To request a cancellation after your order has been processed, you must contact our Customer Care Team before 5:00 PM ET on Saturday. After that time, the order is locked for fulfillment and cannot be edited, canceled, or refunded.
