We are happy to replace or refund customers for any boxes or products lost or damaged during shipping, whether the carrier or us. However, we DO NOT refund or replace orders if the customer has moved and has not provided us with a change of address. Additionally, we DO NOT refund or replace products if you did not cancel or make changes to your order before the designated cut-off times provided below. We also do not offer refunds for boxes that the customer refuses.
If you need to make any changes to your order, you must make changes before 5 pm ET on Thursday before your order is processed. After your order is processed, you must contact Customer Care at [email protected] or text us at 843-732-2849 to request changes or cancel. If you do not contact customer service by 5 pm ET on Saturday, your order cannot be edited, cancelled, or refunded.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
