What is your refund policy?Updated 7 days ago

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee for new Meal Plan subscribers and first-time Freeze-Dried Raw box orders. If your dog doesn't like the raw food recipes in their Starter Box, email [email protected] within 30 days of placing your order. We'll do our best to share tips to help them adjust or offer other ways to rectify the situation. If they (or you) are still not fans, we'll refund your box. (*Note, this policy does not apply to our Essential boxes( Small, Classic, and Large) pre-kitted with Beef, Turkey, and Lamb frozen patty boxes.

We will also replace or refund customers for any boxes or products lost or damaged during shipping, whether by the carrier or us. However, we DO NOT refund or replace orders if: (1) you did not provide a correct address or update your address before the designated cut-off time, (2) you did not cancel or make changes to your order before the designated cut-off time, or (3) you refuse the box for delivery.

Cut-off Times: You must make any changes to your order via your Account Center before Thursday, 5 pm ET, the week your order is scheduled to bill. After your order is billed, you must contact Customer Care at [email protected] or text 843-732-2849 to request changes or cancel. If you do not contact customer service by Saturday, 5 pm ET, your order cannot be edited, cancelled, or refunded.

If your dog has an adverse reaction to a meal or you experience other issues not mentioned above, please contact our Customer Care team. We will work with you to address the situation, which can include tips and potentially reshipping the product. Credits and refunds are limited in these circumstances and are solely given at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns.
