The trial/transition box (1st shipment) contains less food than a regular box. On days 1-3, you are feeding 25% WFR; on days 4-6, 50% WFR; on days 7-9, 75% WFR; and by day 10, you will be feeding your recommended daily portion size. The trial duration and portion sizes will vary based on the final % of raw feeding that was chosen on your pup's meal plan questionnaire. The trial box will be less expensive than your ongoing subscription orders. A first-time discount is also associated with the trial, which is only for one-time use. We recommend a transition even if your pup is on a raw diet. Not all raw is created equal, and we want to ensure the transition to our food goes as smoothly as possible. Pricing varies because our food is customized for your pet. Every dog is different, and our ingredients and pricing reflect your dog's distinctive needs. If you go through the quiz on our site here: https://www.wefeedraw.com/meal-plan/step-1, and answer the questions we ask about your pup, you'll be given a price at checkout. You do not need to complete a purchase to see the final price.
 
Our weekly cut-off time for order adjustments or new orders is on Saturday at 8:00 PM ET (5:00 PM PT).

What are the ingredients in your recipes? 

You can sign into your account at https://www.wefeedraw.com/login, and on the left side of the My Account section, there will be a button that lists your pet's name. Just click that button and scroll to the bottom where you will click on "Edit your meal plan subscription." You may change or update the following.
1.   Protein selection
2.  % you are feeding raw
3. Daily Dosage
4. Shipping Frequency
5. Next billing date.
Be sure to save your changes.

Changes to your Meal Plan Subscription

To make changes to your subscription through your online account, you would want to go to wefeedraw.com/login - find where it says "Meal Plan" under click on your pet's name, and now you can pause/cancel, change the billing date, or adjust the proteins. Let me know if it works.

Cancel subscription

We will replace/refund customers for lost/damaged boxes/products caused by the carrier or us. We DO NOT refund/replace orders if the customer has moved and has not provided us with a change of address or if the customer did not cancel before the Saturday 8pm ET cutoff time. Due to the product's perishable nature, we do not accept returns.
