Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the Monday of the next week.Delivery typically takes 3 days or less, depending on your location and zip code. To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we ship from one of our three facilities located in Chicago, California, and New Jersey.Your food is shipped frozen in an insulated, eco-friendly, and compostable cooler packed with dry ice. If your food arrives partially thawed or at refrigerator temperature, don&#x2019;t worry&#x2014;it&#x2019;s perfectly safe to refreeze. As long as at least one pack is still partially frozen and the others are very cold, the quality of the food remains intact. Simply place it back in the freezer for future use.

When will my order ship?

Your dog’s exact daily feeding amount is always available in your My Account section, and every shipment includes the right total quantity. If you feed a little more or less one day, it will balance out by the end of the box.
