If your dog doesn't like the raw food recipes in their Starter Box, email [email protected] within 30 days of placing your order. We'll do our best to share tips to help them adjust or offer other ways to rectify the situation. If they (or you) are still not fans, we'll refund your Starter Box. This policy applies to new Meal Plan subscribers and first-time Freeze-Dried Raw box orders (it does not apply to our Small, Classic and Large pre-kitted frozen patty boxes).
