Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12 AM ET on Saturday (9 PM PT) will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the Monday of the next week.

Delivery typically takes 3 days or less, depending on your location and zip code. To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we ship from one of our three facilities located in Texas, California, and New Jersey.

Your food is shipped frozen in an insulated, eco-friendly, and compostable cooler packed with dry ice. If your food arrives partially thawed or at refrigerator temperature, don’t worry—it’s perfectly safe to refreeze. As long as at least one pack is still partially frozen and the others are very cold, the quality of the food remains intact. Simply place it back in the freezer for future use.
